🌴Pilates 🌴

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising of controlled movements to enhance your balance,  core strength, mobility, flexibility. 


These classes are perfect when you want to lengthen, align and sculpt.  Each class targets a different area of the body:  Full body, upper body, core, lower body.


45 min classes set up with an upbeat playlist,  Class incorporates  some standing sequences and some taken to the mat. Either way, you will feel sculpted, lean, lifted and TONED.  



🌴About Jes🌴

Studio owner, Row instructor, Certified holistic nutritionist, mother of 4 and truly an inspiration to many in the community. Now the newest Pilates instructor, Jes worked hard in completing her Pilates teacher training and is excited to share her passion with the community! 


Jes will focus on connection, balance and self love through movement while having fun in an energic, low lit and vibrant class.
