Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising of controlled movements to enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility.
These classes are perfect when you want to lengthen, align and sculpt. Each class targets a different area of the body: Full body, upper body, core, lower body.
45 min classes set up with an upbeat playlist, 15 min to stretch and relax after. Class incorporates some standing sequences and some taken to the mat. Either way, you will feel sculpted, lean, lifted and TONED.
Growing up a dancer, movement has always been a big part of Mallory’s life. While living in Toronto, Mallory first tried Pilates as cross-training for her dancing. She instantly connected to the precise and controlled movement that reminded her of her dance training and loved how strong she felt. Mallory recently completed her Pilates teacher training and is excited to share her passion with the community!
