Pilates is a low impact exercise comprising of controlled movements to enhance your balance, core strength, mobility, flexibility.
These classes are perfect when you want to lengthen, align and sculpt. Each class targets a different area of the body: Full body, upper body, core, lower body.
45 min classes set up with an upbeat playlist, Class incorporates some standing sequences and some taken to the mat. Either way, you will feel sculpted, lean, lifted and TONED.
