For the safety of you and others in the studio room, late-entry is not permitted under any circumstances. Within 2-3 minutes of class, instructors will lock the front door. No exceptions will be made.
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in. Please be on your mat at the time class starts.
All classes take place in a dark, candlelit room with no mirrors. Depending on the class, instructors might shut the lights completely off or all the way up.
The studio room is heated, using infrared technology (for more information please refer to our Infrared heat page) to 80-90 degrees.
You must be 18 years old or older to practice at True Studio.
Rentals: yoga mats are free to rent. We provide yoga blocks and straps if needed in class.
There is a fountain in the lobby to refill water bottles.
Quantities of available mats may vary based on how many rentals are already in class. We suggest you bring your own mat in the event all our mats are already rented.

When classes are waitlisted, PushPress will ask how long you need to be notified in order to attend class. This is to be able to clear the waitlist and let the next person in line bump up the list and avoid any clogs in the waitlist. PushPress will send a push notification through the app, send an email and also send a text message to your phone to inform you that a spot has opened up for class. Students won't need to do anything unless you are no longer able to attend. We ask if you are unable to attend, you cancel your registration as soon as possible to let the next person in line be notified of your spot.
Cancellations: You must cancel your class within a 2 hours notice prior to class start time in order to return class to your account for future use and avoid charges. ( With the exception of ALL the early morning classes, you must cancel 8 hours before class. )
LATE CANCEL FEE: If a member cancels class with less then 2 hour notice they will be charged $10.35 per class. Charges will be made to the credit card on file. ( With the exception of ALL the early morning classes, you must cancel 8 hours before class. )
NO SHOW FEES: Single Class, Punch Pass, & Private Events: If you do not show up to class, your class pass will be deducted from your account.
Unlimited Memberships: If you do not show up to class, you will be charged $20.70 to your card on file.

All Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.
All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.
To cancel your membership or skip a month, a 7-day notice is required. Email your us to cancel or skip.
Memberships begin on date of purchase, but can be adjusted to the date in which you take your first class. If you would like to adjust the start date please contact us via email craverowing506@gmail.com

STUDENTS, SENIORS & TEACHERS: Recieve a %15 discount ( May be asked to provide a valid and current proof of ID )
MILITARY/FIRST RESPONDER: We have a %25 discount for anyone that is military personnel or a first responder. We will require proof and is subject to the studio's discretion.
